Returns and Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it . It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. It must also be in the original packaging (in regards to hats ) or if they have a manufacturers defect.
We will accept returns 20 days from the date your order is delivered. If it has been more than 20 days since your item was delivered unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please make sure to include your order number and Return Authorization number with your return or exchange. This will help us properly track your package and provide a prompt credit or exchange once eligible.

Refunds of Exchange ( If applicable)
Once Your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund . We will only accept returns or exchanges with a proper Return Authorization number. Email us before the 20 day return policy ends to obtain your R/A number.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any products must be returned in NEW original condition to be considered for an exchange.
Depending on where you reside, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
